Project Management Capacity Building - WP4
Upgrading project management, administration and strategic skills
Work Package 4 of ExGal-Twin strengthens the research management capacities and administrative skills of IAC staff through knowledge exchange with our partners (University of Groningen, Durham University and CNRS-Observatoire Astronomique de Strasbourg). It also shares this know-how with the wider research and innovation (R&I) ecosystem of the Canary Islands.
Objectives:
- Increase networking activities through joint organisation
- Exchange best practice from top European centres to the IAC
- Raise the profile of IAC staff
- Improve existing processes in IAC's core departments
- Foster the digital transformation of internal management processes

A Working Group on European Project Management set up after the 1st Regional Meeting, with representatives from regional R&I organisations. |
The Canary Islands Network of European Research & Innovation Managers. It was created by the Working Group and is now hosted by ACIISI. It has 58 members. |
