Astronomy on Tap Canary Islands (locally known as “AstroTragos“) is a monthly outreach series organised by astronomers at the Instituto de Astrofísica de Canarias (IAC) , and carried out within the framework of the EDUCADO and ExGal-Twin projects, that brings engaging, accessible astronomy talks, science trivia, and interactive Q&A sessions to the Canary Islands in a fun, informal atmosphere. The event is currently held the first Thursday of every month at El Búho in San Cristóbal de La Laguna on the island of Tenerife. Each edition aims to feature two short astronomy-related talks, one in Spanish followed by one in English, as well as interactive trivia. All events are free and open to the public!
