ROGUE WORLDS TWO: A MISSING STAR STORY, 15-17 DECEMBER, PARIS, FRANCE

Rogue Worlds 2 was a 3-day workshop designed to bring together researchers at the forefront of different aspects of the study of free-floating planets, including microlensing (ground- and space-based), direct imaging, and modeling of stellar and planetary dynamics. The format of the workshop was designed to promote discussion and foster collaboration, bringing together researchers across a wide array of fields to make new progress on our understanding of rogue worlds and the systems they leave behind.

SUBTELLAR project was represented by a posdoctoral researcher Marusa Zerjal and by two predoctoral students Styliani Tsiila and Nafise Sedighi, all three presented contributions:

Eduardo Martín:  Past, Present and Future of Rogue Planet Direct Detection with the Euclid Space Mission (delivered by M. Zerjal)

Marusa Zerjal:  Rogue Planets with Euclid: Lynds 1641

Styliani Tsilia: Searching for Rogue Planets Around the Horsehead Nebula

Nafise Sedighi:  Probing Substellar-Mass Objects with Updated ATMO Atmospheric Models
